- The subject of this tender are services of the technical equipment HLS and electric according to § 55 HOAI IV.M Appendix 15 HOAI in the performance phases 1-9. The expected construction costs (net) for the renovation and conversion result as follows: KG 300 - building - construction construction - 600,000 EUR KG 400 - Building - Technical systems - EUR 306,000 kg 410 - wastewater, water, gas systems - 100,000 EUR KG 420 - heat supply systems - 55,000 EUR KG 430 - Room air -technical systems - EUR 25,000 kg 440 - Electrical systems - EUR 95,000 kg 450 - Communication systems - 16,000 EUR KG 490 - Demolition -15,000 EUR KG 500 - outdoor facilities and open spaces - 200,000 EUR The expected construction costs for new construction construction cars result as follows: 2 pieces of construction cars as a prefabricated component. First of all, the Performance phases 1-4, i.e. to the approval planning and then the service phases 5-9, with regard to structural planning 5-6. There is no legal entitlement to a further order. The services are advertised as follows: Lot 1 - Object planning services For buildings according to § 34 HOAI and services of the free systems in accordance with § 39 HOAI Los 2- Planning services of the technical equipment HLS and electrical, LP 1-9 according to § 55 HOAI, lot 3- services of structural engineering, LP 1-6 according to § 51 HOAI performance time: completion approval planning at the latest 2026 Construction of construction by January 2027 at the latest The project is funded from public funds. Compliance with the funding requirements must be guaranteed at all times. Regarding the description of the service, the client is based on the performance pictures of the HOAI 2021. the contract.
