- The Diakonie-Klinikum Stuttgart intends to modernize the kitchen and the cafeteria/company restaurant at its Stuttgart location with increased capacity. The measure is integrated into a larger renovation project at the Stuttgart site. The technical building equipment is ongoing Renew hospital operations. For the modernization of the kitchen and cafeteria/company restaurant, total construction costs (cost groups 200 - 700, excluding 500) are currently assumed to be approximately EUR 4.5 million gross. The construction project is under high cost and deadline pressure. Furthermore, they provide Construction phases have high demands on hygiene and fire protection. Due to the inner-city location of the existing building, very high demands are required on the construction site logistics, processes, construction management and the planning coordination of legal building permit procedures.
