Description:
The municipality of MainaSchaff plans to build a new school childcare / a after-school care center at the Ascapha primary and middle school in Mainaschaff. ● It is planned to the public buildings on the area around the Ascapha elementary and middle school via a common energy network / local heating network take care of. ● The total costs for the new building (KG 200 - 700) are accepted at around € 11.65 million gross. (Stand 04/2024) ● The manufacturing costs (without planning costs) for the energy supply/local heating network are accepted with approx. € 675 thousand € gross (as of 05/2025) ● It is a funded Measure. (FAG) ● No planning services after HOAI specialist planning have yet been provided.
