Description:
The client intends to build a new administration building at the University Hospital Knappschaftsklinik Bochum, In der Schornau 23-25, 44892 Bochum.
The service will be tendered and awarded as a general contractor service in accordance with the functional service description.
Tuee Building permit is obtained by the client.

We are looking for a general contractor for the turnkey, functional and operational productionng and construction of the construction project described in more detail in the FLB.
The contractor must provide all planning services, reports, applications, permits, etc., which are necessary for the construction, obtaining all official acceptances and operating the property.
The general contractor service is awarded in the following stages:
Stage 1:
New construction without a basement as a two-story (ground floor, 1st floor) building in prefabricated space-modular construction in accordance with the functional specifications (FLB).
The floor / base plate, as well as all preparation and developmentServices must be taken into account and calculated. The contractor must provide all planning services, reports, applications, permits, etc. that are necessary for the construction, obtaining all official acceptances and operating the property...
