The subject of this tender is the planning services of the technical equipment HLS- plant groups 1 (wastewater, water and gas systems), 2 (heat supply systems), 3 (air-technical systems), 8 (building automation): LPH 1-9. There is a graded assignment: performance phases1-2 (= level 1), performance phases 3-4 (level 2), performance phases 5-7 (level 3), performance phase 8 (level 4) and performance phase 9 (= level 5).

The Knebelsche Hof was built from 1588 to 1598 and reconstructed in 1955 based on a historical model. The reused Renaissance jewelry parts, construction, portal and bayards arePosition features of the Knebelsche Hof in Mainz. His facade was renovated in 2018 and is listed and is not included in the renovation measure. The outer cubature of the building remains.
