Description: The Konrad mine in Salzgitter is being converted into a facility for the disposal of solid and solidified radioactive waste.
For this purpose, various surface systems, buildings and infrastructural measures are being built or implemented. These measures have been running since 2009 and will be completed in 2027.
At the same time, the conversion or renovation of the underground mine systems and the associated shaft / shaft conveyor system is carried out on the shaft system.
On the Konrad 2 mine, for component A1 of the reloading hall (ZEA), the construction pit must be built in accordance with the current VOB / C 2019 installation work ATV DIN 18303. The construction of the excavation will be carried out as an earlier measure.
