For the Kreishaus Osnabrueck built in the early 1980s, a comprehensive need for renovation of the building was determined, which is made from changed requirementsThe district of Osnabrueck is therefore planning a comprehensive renovation and modernization of its district house to the building or changed legal framework and regulations. The implementation of this construction work is divided into four construction phases and takes place.
SubjectThis procurement procedure are the services required for the 1. The implementation is planned from the beginning of October 2025.
Essential services are:
* approx. 5,000 m2 distance slope ceilings including KMF editionand KMF-containing acoustic ceiling panels
* approx. 3,000 m2 removal of lightweight walls including KMF-containing insulation
* approx. 3,500 m2 ventilation channels including KMF-containing insulation
* approx. 5,000 m2 floor coverings (approx. 4,000 m2 carpet, 500 m2 linoleum/PVC)
* approx. 500 pieces of heating bodies
*approx. 10,000 m2 removal of media management
* approx. 1,800 m2 disassembly sun protection including UK
* approx. 900 m2 disassembly clinker intentions including core insulation (total height approx. 17 m)
* approx. 250 m2 dismantling green roof
