- Description:
- As part of the order, the contractor must plan, deliver and put into operation a complete air condenser that meets all requirements, is functional, easy to install and maintain and according to the current state of the art. The air condenser should be able to reliably condense all of the live steam from the Weisweiler MVA (firing heat output approx. 120 MWth). The scope of delivery essentially includes the following components: • Steam flap behind the steam turbine and plug-in disc • Exhaust steam line • Air condenser modules including all distribution channels • Fans with gears • Evacuation system o Start-up ejector o Operating ejectors o Water ring pumps for winter operation o Heat exchanger for using the motive steam • Condensate line and drainage • Main condensate pumps 3 x 50% • Main condensate tank • Complete planning, production and complete assembly Option: 1) Sound insulation measures according to 6.2.2 of the specification 2) semi-automatic cleaning system 3) Spare and wear parts for 2 years operation Condenser air-cooling systems (CPV code: 42113130)
