- As part of the order, the contractor must plan, deliver and put into operation a complete, functional, assembly and maintenance-friendly water treatment system that meets all requirements and is based on the current state of the art set. The water treatment system is designed to be fully redundant. It consists of the part deionate treatment and the part condensate cleaning. The deionate treatment is designed for 30 m³/h (2 x 15 m³/h) and the condensate cleaning for 2 x 120 m³/h. The The scope of delivery essentially includes the following main components: • River water treatment o Raw water tank o Automatic filter o Ultrafiltration system o UF filtrate tank • Full demineralization system o Cation exchanger stage o Riesler o Anion exchanger stage o If necessary, deionate intermediate tank o Ultraviolet light treatment o Mixed bed exchanger stage o Deionate tank o Backwash tank for each cation exchanger and anion exchanger • Condensate cleaning o Automatic backwash filter o Mixed bed exchanger stage • Ancillary systems o Chemical storage tanks for hydrochloric acid and caustic soda o Dosing containers for hydrochloric acid and caustic soda o Dosing pumps/lines to the neutralization basin o If necessary, compressed air generation station/preparation for ISO 8573-1 Class 1 ...Additional Classification Codes ...
