- The tender includes the room air technology and building automation in the 5th construction phase for the renovation and expansion at the St. Marien Hospital in Ahaus. The following sub -sections in component 200 on the clinic site are affected by the construction work:
- 5.1 Technology center: BT 200 new building Base floor
- 5.2 Integrated emergency center: BT 200 new building ground floor
- 5.3 Integrated emergency center: BT 500 existing ground floor
The construction site is located in the city area of 48683 Ahaus, Wuellener Strasse 101.
The construction work must be carried out during the ongoing clinic.

The room air technology and building automation include the following services:
• Ventilation devices and fans, 17,500 m³/h
• Ventilation channels, approx. 1,200 m2
• Ventilation pipes, approx. 400 m
• Air discounts, approx. 110 Piece
• Fire protection measures, approx. 40 BSK, approx. 7 BStV
Thermal insulation, with the majority of technical thermal insulation being written off separately
• Other and side work, core drilling, hygiene inspection, commissioning etc.
