- expansion 1st upper floor as a clinical medical service and a conference area
- Expansion 2nd upper floor as a care station for spine surgery
- Expansion 3rd floor as a technology center
Remodeling functional tract
- Expansion basement/ground floor as a ventilation center

The Construction site is located in the city area of 46325 Borken, Am Boltenhof 7.
The construction work must be carried out during the ongoing clinic.
