- The procurement includes the allocation and commissioning of the specialist planning technical equipment (ELT (plant groups 4 and 5) according to HOAI, part 4, section 2 using the BIM work methods - according to § 55 of the HOAI - performance phases 2 and 3 and then, if necessary, the further grading the further performance phases 5-8, a legal claim to this does not exist. The Kyffhauser barracks is located on the eastern outskirts of Bad Frankenhausen on the B 85 towards Seehausen.
