The L-Bank is the development institution of the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg. Its business activities are determined by the legal mandate to assist the country in fulfilling its public tasks, particularly in the areas of structural, economic and socialalpolitik, and to implement support measures in accordance with the state aid rules of the European Union.
