• The Skandinavienkai is one of the largest RoRo and ferry ports in Europe, located directly at the mouth of the Trave into the Baltic Sea. The Hanseatic city of Lübeck, represented by the Lübeck Port Authority (LPA), is planning to expand the Skandinavienkai in Travemünde the dock capacity for 2 docks that will be able to handle new generations of ships in the future. Plans were created as a basis for the overall project, which need to be optimized with innovative solutions in the further project phases. The LPA wants in Working in partnership with specialist port and hydraulic engineering companies, we work together to develop innovative solutions and implement them in the project. The early integration of execution competence into the planning phase should be the foundation for form and shape a transparent and balanced collaboration between all partners over the entire period of the project.
