Description:
The aim of this tender is to commission a suitable contractor (AN) to carry out laboratory diagnostic tests for the youth welfare office of the city of Bremen. The purpose of commissioning an external laboratory is to provide valid medical-toxicological findings who support the youth welfare office in assessing the risk of danger. These findings are of considerable importance not only for the proceedings in the youth welfare office, but often also for family court proceedings (e.g. within the framework of §1666 BGB).
The subject of the tender is: Case-related implementation of urine, blood and, if necessary, hair samples as well as their laboratory diagnostic examination for alcohol, drugs and medication.
The client based the offer calculation on 900 samples per year.
In addition to taking samples, there are other tasks involved Service provision:
- Preparation of findings reports based on presentation
- Technical advice for the case managers of the Bremen Youth Welfare Office
- Participation in interdisciplinary case discussions
- Reporting
- Carrying out further training and information events for the employees of the youth welfare office Bremen
