Description:
The Lakumed Hospital Landshut-Achdorf intends to renovate the existing kitchen in the area of the supply floor (EC). The kitchen is currently preparing approx. 530 dishes on "Cook and Serve principle" on weekdays.
The entire area is to be renovated (see the planning system). The supplyThe patient during the renovation runs in the Lakumed clinics (Vilsbiburg). Any conversions and bottlenecks of the interim kitchen, or, if necessary, an interrogation in containers must also be taken into account with this measure.
A firstTarget planning is included with the tender documents.
The current cost estimate amounts to around € 7 million gross (KGR 200-600, without ancillary costs, cost 2024).
The cost group 471 includes an estimated amount of € 5.0 million gross.
As a terminal milestone, the conversion of theTechnical lines set from mid -2027 (see frame dates). Before that, the planning services must be provided accordingly in accordance with performance phases 2-7 and implement the necessary previous construction measures.
Frame date
The planning of the overall measure can begin immediately after commissioningand must be included in the structural implementations described below.
