Heating and sanitary installation work 3. BA: The main building of the district office is renovated and expanded by one floor. The content of this LVS is the heating and sanitary installation for the 3rd and last construction phase. The sanitary and heating installation in the to be renovatedAreas is completely renewed. The toilet of the building is already renovated. No work is planned here. All other areas of the building are redesigned. The heating center and the riser lines have already been renewed in the previous construction phases. In the lastThe construction phase must now be produced the radiators and the associated floor distribution in the not yet renovated floors. The 3rd BA is divided into two phases. Phase 1, renovation of the floor OG1-og3 phase 2, renovation of the floors eG and partly. Scope of the measure: . approx. 2,300mHeating pipe made of industrial stainless steel, with insulation (mostly mineral wool and PE) pumps and fittings for connection in the existing controls and for the floor distribution . approx. 40 pieces of floor convector 2-ladder (only heating) . approx. 120 pieces of tube radiators .
