- The state capital of Munich is expanding the elementary school at Limesstrasse 38 in the Aubing district. As part of the building construction work, the outdoor areas of the new and existing buildings will be redesigned and renovated. The main services to be provided are: Deliver/maintain 410 m of construction fences and barriers Clear 280 m² of land Expand 360 m² of concrete paving Expanding 1910 m² of asphalt Remove/dispose of 155 t of topsoil Remove/dispose of 2054 t of soil base layers 480 m trenches for ELT/ Establish drainage Produce drainage facilities Deliver/install 180 prefabricated concrete parts 105 m natural stone wall made of natural stone blocks Supply/install 1045 m³ frost protection layer Deliver/install 1620 m² of concrete paving 316 m² lawn paving deliver/install Produce 760 m² of asphalt surface Create a 30m² wooden terrace Supply/install play equipment Plant perennials, shrubs and trees Produce 630 m² of lawn seed Completion/development care.
