Description: The planned new building area in the Schlei Ost is located in Schwanenberg, northwest of the city of Erkelenz. It can be reached from the “In der Schlei” street, which separates the planned building area from the existing residential area. This is parcel 644, hall 6. The building area is framed on three sides by ditches or an embankment. To the south, the sports field is connected to the village, to the north and east, areas used for agriculture or horticulture and wooded areas border the building area.
It covers a size of approx. 2.2 ha.
The services are limited to small-scale road construction work (paving work - 20 m²) and vegetation work.
