Description:
At the Langenbach primary school, demand and thus the need for all -day care places for primary school children are steadily growing. Currently, 70 children of 140 primary school children (= 50%) are looked after in Langenbach, but the forecast has a need for 100 children (= approx. 70%). This correspondsroughly the average forecast for Upper Bavaria in the amount of 73%. The midday care is currently carried out in the Ismaier villa. However, this is not suitable for use as lunch care, since the direct connection to the school is missing, the building has fundamental renovation needs andThe required space sizes and functions cannot be achieved with regard to the premises. As part of a feasibility study carried out, various variants were examined for the future design of lunch care. As a solution for the management of theThe municipality favors the "lunch care integrated into the school" by the municipality. The contractor for the property planning building and interiors is currently being determined in the VGV procedure, and in addition the contracts to the specialist planners are now required.
