The subject of the present award procedure is the allocation of object planning services Transport systems according to § 47 HOAI and engineering structures according to § 43 HOAI for the development of the residential area "Burgberg".

In order to meet the demand for living space or residential buildings, the large district town of Eppingen (hereinafter "city") plans to open up the "Burgberg" residential area as a general residential area. The development area is approx. 2.1 ha. It should be a mixtureSingle-family, double and multi-family houses are created. In addition, an expansion area is secured for the existing kindergarten. The city intends to assign the further planning services required for the development of the construction area from the service phase 5. The necessaryPlanning services of the performance pictures "Object planning engineering structures" and "Object planning transport systems" are to be awarded together. The services are awarded as a total output and is not divided into loosely. The city of Eppingen already has a specialist planning office with the provisionCommissioned from planning services up to and including performance phase 4 to HOAI.
