- This is an open method for a 193 nm nanosecond-excimer laser ablation system for which analysis at the mass spectrometer (inductively coupled plasma (ICP) source) are used. The offers are considered only for new instrument units, which are among the most up-to-date models and are currently in the production of companies. Offers for devices set by companies are excluded from the selection procedure. The laser lens system is used in conjunction with an inductively coupled plasma source (ICP) for applications in the isotope geochemistry for isotope measurements of main and trace elements in planetary materials (rocks, minerals).
