Description:
The subject of this tender is the delivery, structure and commissioning of a laser lithograph system that is to be located at the Institute for Microstructure Technology (IMT) at KIT in 76344 Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen.is intended for the production of 2D and 2.5 dimensional microstructures. These structures must be exposed to substrates without a mask, which are coated with photochemically sensitive resistance. Due to the use in research and development, the system must have a high degree ofProvide flexibility in relation to free parameter choice and compatibility with a variety of substrates. Therefore, a laser lithography system for 2D and 2.5D structuring for the at the Institute for Microstructure Technology at KIT - Campus Nord (Building 301 - Room 142) will be procured in accordance with theIncluded technical specification (Appendix 01).
