Laser microdissection system with integrated use to create 3D fluorescence recordings of plant samples
In the cell biology platform at the institute, a laser microdissection (LMD) is to be replaced, which is to be cut out and collecting cells made of vegetable material enables. It must be ensured that the material can be cut out by a powerful laser and that contact/contamination-free can be collected. The system must be suitable for fluorescence-marked samples and, in addition to the LMD, the quick 3D recording of fluorescent Enable samples in high resolution. The system is to be installed on an existing, vibration -damped table.
