The planning services of the specialist planning Technical Equipment AG 1-3, 7+8 in accordance with § 55 HOAI, LPH 1-9 and special services according to Appendix 15 HOAI are to provide. An architectural competition was carried out as a RPW procedure as a RPW procedure within a VGV procedure (Section 3 (3) RPW) on the project as a non-open-one phase competition for building planning in anonymous procedures within a VGV procedure. The plan documents of the draft author of the 1st Prize - which the basis form the further planning - are attached to the tender documents.
