Description:
The subject of this contract is the procurement of an LC-MS system in accordance with the requirements described below.
LC-MS-MS system for Metabolomics
The Tender takes place as part of an open procedure.
The procurement must fulfill the following specification: Analyzen system consisting of an HPLC system coupled to a mass spectrometer (LC-MS) for recording cell ingredients (metabolomics).
Preferred triple quadrupol mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS) Or related or hybrid variants with full scan and MS3/MRM3 functionality.
The desired application includes 1. The quantification of cellular Metabolites from different cell types (bacteria, merging cells, etc.) = targeted metabolomics using MS/MS. In particular metabolites from the central Metabolic pathways such as glycolysis, TCA cycle, ppw.
Fabric flow analysis (13c MFA) with 13c isotope marking on substrates such as glucose, fructose, acetate, CO2 (Nahco3).
In addition, application in the area of lipidomics to record cellular lipids.
