Description:
The Rhein-Haardt region, consisting of the town of Gruenstadt and the associated municipalities of Leiningerland, Freinsheim and Monsheim, has once again applied to be a LEADER funding region and has signed a letter from the Ministry of Economics, Transport, Agriculture and Viticulture of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate dated August 8th.November 2022 recognized as a LEADER funding region in Rhineland-Palatinate.
The municipalities of the municipal purpose agreement in the Rhein-Haardt region under the leadership of the VG Monsheim will in future represent the local action group (LAG) and are the clients of the regional management for the LEADERRhine-Haardt region. In addition, she has developed a Local Integrated Development Strategy (LILE) as a basis for the use of funds. The LILE, the content of which is the subject of this call for proposals, contains the main activities of the region for the funding period 2023-2029.
To control the regional development process, the establishment of a regional management with a scope of at least 1 AK is required.
The regional management has to fulfill the following tasks, among others:
- Support for the implementation-oriented development of the projects, den Applications for grants, process monitoring, evaluation including reporting as well as press and public relations work
- Acquisition of project sponsors and suitable funding (RLP, federal government, EU) for the implementation of measures/projects, including funding advice for regional partners...
