Basically there is one Award of contract to the most economical offer in terms of price and performance, based on a leasing framework agreement. The term of the framework agreement is 48 months. The subject of the service is the provision of brand new, current iPhone models of the Apple series valid at the time of the call-off order, including the associated configuration variants (e.g. memory size, model series). The devices are each preconfigured and ready for use to deliver ordered accessories and additional assembly services. The subject of the service is the provision of brand new, current Apple iPad models of the respective valid product series (iPad, iPad Pro), as well as detachables (MS Surface). the available display and memory configurations. Each device is equipped with fully compatible accessories that are already assembled or included upon delivery.
