Description:
A terminal area on Pier IV is available for lease. The approximate location can be found on the attached site plan. The area is approximately 11,600 m2. The area layout can be adjusted slightly as part of the award process. The area is currently leased andbuilt. It is currently used for the handling and storage of grain and oilseeds. It is built on by a warehouse, which is served by truck via a dump. There is a band route for sea export, which the current user uses on the basis of a contract with neighboring Ucompany has established agreed usage rights on neighboring areas. The tender for the areas is carried out for the purpose of setting up and operating a terminal for the transshipment, storage, distribution and, if necessary, the processing of agricultural products passing over the quay edgesproducts and fertilizers as well as their preliminary products.
