Description:
A terminal area south of Pier IV is available for lease. The area is approximately 23,500 m2. The area layout can be adjusted slightly as part of the award process. The area is currently predominantly leased and developed. She is currently for the envelopeand used to store grain. It is built on by a warehouse, which is served by truck via a dump. There is a band route for sea export, which the current user uses on the basis of contractually agreed usage rights with neighboring companiesn areas have been built. A separate permission agreement must be concluded with ROSTOCK PORT for the conveyor bridge crossing the road "Zum Tanklager", which in particular includes the obligation to raise the conveyor bridge upon request by ROSTOCK PORT as well as the obligation to provide proof of thise proper maintenance and repair results.
