Description:
The project is intended to support the BMU by working up legal issues, including economic, social and legislative effects and ad hoc analyzes. This support is relevant in the preparation of negotiations on the relevant dossiers at EU level and their implementation at national level and the development of the national legal framework.
This includes technical assistance in clarifying legal issues in the field of climate protection, environmental and energy law, including the sectoral law framework in the fields of industry, traffic, buildings and agriculture. European law questions are not only general, but also in professional law (renewable energy, emissions trading and fuel emissions trading, building efficiency, energy efficiency, eco-design, capital market law, energy tax law, etc.) of particular importance. Constitutional questions, including financial statutory law, are to be examined and require in individual cases of deepening. Civil laws with climate protection train are also to be examined if required.
