- To support the JRC Karlsruhe, Nuclear's research institute of the EC at the location of the Kit Campus Nord, with a permit for nuclear law according to § 9 ATG to deal with radioactive materials, legal advice is required in building law issues. It can be general questions with the Maintenance work on existing buildings with regard to the requirements of the German authorities or about questions and claims by various bidders and/or contractors in order processing to act on contractual and legal aspects.
In connection with new construction projects, in which The technical systems are to be installed from the end of 2025 and put into operation in 2028, the legal assistance will be brought in to identify possible claims from the contractor from a legal point support, such as B:
• Advice on strategies for reduction in damage
• Identification of potential claims (in the event of delays, changes, unforeseen conditions, etc. in the contract execution) and analysis of cause-effect relationships
• Evaluation of submitted supplementary claims On contractual claims
• Defense and negotiation of any extrajudicial claims
• Examination, preparation and submission of defects and claims for damages.
