- To support the JRC Karlsruhe, Nuclear's research institute of the EC at the location of the Kit Campus Nord, with a permit for nuclear law according to § 9 ATG to deal with radioactive materials, legal advice is required in building law issues. Maintenance work on existing buildings with regard to the requirements of the German authorities or about questions and claims by various bidders and/or contractors in order processing to act on contractual and legal aspects.
The technical systems are to be installed from the end of 2025 and put into operation in 2028, the legal assistance will be brought in to identify possible claims from the contractor from a legal point support, such as unforeseen conditions etc. in the contract execution) and analysis of cause-effect relationships
