- BGW, BG Bau, BG RCI and BGN have created BG-P and IT.UV structures together with their IT service providers with which future cooperation is to be redesigned. The concrete target of the BGEs is to have a common and uniform application and service landscape for everyoneTo provide the arches. In order to implement this target picture, the social workers of IT.UV and BG-P have decided to merge both companies into a common full service provider company and the BGW IT personnel and that for the operation of the common society and the companyto bring the necessary assets of the BGW-IT into common society. The integration of corporate law is to be carried out by means of a fusion of the IT.UV by taking it into the BG-P. In this context, an IT.UV transition from the IT.UV according to § 613a BGB can be assumed.The assets of the BGW-IT are to be brought into the common full service provider through a contribution. The transition from the BGW IT staff to the common full service provider has not yet been conclusively clarified. It can be assumed that the personnel crossingof the BGW IT personnel will be carried out by both the transfer of employment contracts and by providing personnel.
