The BAUA research project "Nasting and violence in personal services: Effective measures and design principles for the protection of employed" 1 takes up the need for action in the law on ILO convention 190 for a world of work without harassment and violence.The project is working on the current state of independent knowledge of harassment and violence in personal services (PDL3), expands it and derives design principles for prevention. The focus of the project is the "external harassment andViolence ". In this context, the EU-OSHA speaks of" Third Party Violence "4, d. h. Harassment and violence, which starts from service recipients: inside and endangered the integrity of the employed. In the context of the order report, the contractorTo process contractors within twelve months: a.) How the terms "nuisance at the workplace" and "violence at the workplace" are defined legally and which forms are to be distinguished, b.) As here. to legally describe the interaction of prevention and sanctionis c.) What examples from current case law and legal application practice (national, European) are available, and d.)
