Description:
The Maritime Adventure World (MEW) with Touristinfo (Ti) was opened in May 2022 as an interactive museum on city and shipbuilding in Papenburg. So far, marketing and sales via LGS gGmbH, a subsidiary of the city of Papenburg, with its own at LGS gGmbHEmployed personnel. In the future, a specialized third -party provider will take on these tasks in order to promote tourist development in a targeted manner. For this purpose, the third -party provider will be provided with the premises for the operation of MEW and TI by means of a lease agreement.The personnel employed by LGS gGmbH and exclusively with the maintenance of the operation of MEW and TI as well as marketing and sales staff must be taken over by the third -party provider by means of a transfer of operations in accordance with Section 613a of the German Civil Code. The third -party provider receives for hisOperator services and marketing and sales activities A reimbursement of costs, a profit -making is excluded.
