- Description:
- Library software is used in the BGHM and VBG to manage our literature and digital educational documents. This library software is provided via a Citrix server and opened by the administrative users via a Citrix WorkSpace. In addition, the software offers the option of enabling the state of rental to the documents for all employees via web access.
Currently approx. 3000 users and the VBG are currently accessing the library software via a web release in order to check the availability of the books. The availability is currently being maintained by eight people who have an administrative access to the software.
The estimated order volume is a total of 25,920 euros at a contract term of a maximum of six years.
It is a fixed contract term of three years with the three -time option for extension by another year.
The possible exercise of the option can be carried out by the client no later than three months before the respective contract term.
