Description:
In the course of the conversion of a part of the building below the grandstand and the
Entrance area to reach the Maifeld bell tower in Berlin, the need to equip the building with a lightning protection / ground system was determined by a risk analysis. Special feature is The bell tower with a ridge height of 70.0m, which was bordered centrally in the building. Furthermore, the system around the building is used by another operator, so a very small -scale view was carried out. In order to be able to comply with the separation distances, exhibits and visitors extensively To protect it was decided to provide an isolated collecting system and maximum displacement of the foundation earth.
