Description:
The Emsviertel (pop. 6,000) is part of the Weststadt district (pop. 24,000), which is located on the southwestern edge of the city. The approximately 6,500 m2 square in the center of the Emsviertel is one of the central meeting points in the district - currently almost completely sealed.
