The Heilig-Geist-Spital Ravensburg Foundation promotes the monument conservation in the city area of Ravensburg, the public healthcare system in the district of Ravensburg as well as the elderly assistance and the welfare system in Ravensburg. So far, the foundation, which was founded in 1997, hasCultural monument Spital building renovated, four buildings of the hospital area in Bachstrasse to a health center with a medical center, pharmacy and the sports clinic. In the meantime, the foundation is also responsible for the operation of this medical center in the city of Ravensburg. WellAs the owner of a property at the entrance to Ravensburg- Oberzell, she intends to implement the following uses structural: - A day care for 20 people - outpatient care community for 16 people - 12 supervised seniors - apartments - a doctor's office - a cafe around theTo meet different demands from design, functional, ecological and economic perspective, the Heilig-Geist-Spital Ravensburg Foundation has been a non-open realization competition according to RPW 2013 with participating working groups from architects andLandscape architects decided. The competition was won by the Hildebrand and Schwarz Working Group from Friedrichshafen (architects) with open space town from Ueberlingen (landscape architects). The Heilig-Geist-Spital Foundation intends these two offices asIndividual contractors on the basis of the competition design to be gradually entrusted with the implementation of the task.
