Description:
The residential development in the old Castle Oberschleissheim, Wilhelmshof 1-6, Maximilianshof 6 and Effnerstrasse 10, is in very poor condition and must mostly be renovated. This task is a fundamentally functional and structural assessment of the renovability of the existing, predominant residential use in the existing stock. The scope of the examination extends to components 1a - 1d, 2a and partly 2b (see map) with a total of approx. 2,400 m2 usable area, 18, empty apartments and some other usage units, most of which are in one Disposing condition. In order to be able to determine the structural measures for a renovation and modernization, on 14.01., 21.01. as well as on January 26, 2025, construction measures carried out with the participation of the building authority and those in the planning. The different ones were Building states divided into three categories. It was found that due to the general poor construction state, there is a comprehensive need for renovation for all apartments.
