Description:
1) As the competent authority, the Schwandorf district intends to award a public service mandate for call bus traffic services (in accordance with Section 42 PBefG) in the Schwandorf district for 6 years, with an annual termination option. From the intended awardare affected by the loose shown under the following section 2. Due to the experience, the traffic service to be awarded is expected to be around 300 thousand to 350 thousand kilometers per year for the period(Duration) 16.12.2026 - 15.12.2032 forecast across all lots. The intended public service mandate for his term includes the supply of the general public transport services in the entire traffic area covered by it. The publicService mandate is also included for this purpose, according to which the transport offer itself must be adapted to changing traffic needs and the local transport plans applicable. Later changes can therefore be made with regard to the existing and course of the lines as well aswith regard to the timetable and tariff offerings as well as quality standards and other requirements.
