LO 01 - Planning services LOOP Sewassertrasse Cottbus Baltic Sea
The Stadtwerke Cottbus is building an infrastructure for seawater extraction and return with supply and return pipes between the center of the city of Cottbus and around 3 km distant Baltic Sea ("sea water route LOOP" or just "LOOP"). The LOOP seawater route serves to supply the city of Cottbus with renewable energy. The LOOP is designed as a ring line to provide energy for both cooling and heating purposes. With the LOOP seawater route The city of Cottbus will have a basis for sustainable energy systems that will enable it to achieve its climate goals. The subject of this tender is the holistic planning of the LOOP seawater route necessary for water transport by a general planner. The subject of planning here is planning services for the extraction of seawater, the transport of seawater, i.e. the laying of the seawater pressure pipeline, as well as the return of seawater including civil engineering and environmental law issues.
