- Description:
- NICE needs personnel for aircraft de-icing with special NICE equipment at the handling position or on designated de-icing areas at Frankfurt am Main Airport. NICE intends to meet this need through temporary employment through the conclusion of framework agreementsto cover agreements with several framework agreement partners (lenders).
NICE needs the situational loan of a total of 69 temporary workers net, i.e. 69 temporary workers each in the early and late shifts.

NICE intends to communicate with the bidders about the following - in favor of the bidders designed contractual regulations:
•Introduction of a minimum turnover
•Introduction of a bonus system for the uninterrupted work of the respective temporary workers for NICE over several seasons
•Extending the lead time for an order
•Reduced requirementsfor the short-term availability of temporary workers
