The backup is carried out by filling the subaquatic landfill (with mud -filled open -cast mine) with household waste combustion slags, profiling and installation of a final cover with greening. With different tasks, more than 10 institutions are involved in the construction and monitoring.
From 2025, the backfilling of the approx. 17 hectares of 3 "remaining water surface" is planned. At the same time, the installation of the landfill cover is planned in sections about 2 years after the backfilling and profiling or after the settings in partial areas 2 and 3. The local construction monitoring essentially has the tasks of local construction supervision, among other things, with the implementation and logging of the construction consultations and with the coordination of those involved in the project.
