The subject of the performance is the local construction monitoring during the management and maintenance of the
areas U, A/B North, B Sued, D Mitte, D Ost, G-Sued, Koblenzer Graben, F and T.
The services of local construction monitoring are in HOAI 2021 for the performance image
Ingeniebachelisted as a special performance in the service phase 8 (construction supervision). The
list of special services is not concluded.
The following special services must be provided in the context of local construction monitoring:
- Entry into the existing planning documents (2025)
-Plausibility check of the staggering
- Contribution of the execution of the construction work  Participation in the construction work (building contact counseling)  Monitoring the execution of the property for the accordance with the
