Designation of the engineering service: --------------------------------------- Local construction supervision for the northern area recultivation project ---------------------------------- Allocation number: 2403400106 ------------- --------------------- Execution deadline: ------------------- January 2nd, 2024 - December 31st, 2024 Ort of the service: ------------------- Federal Republic of Germany, the state of Brandenburg, the Spree-Neisse district and Cottbus Scope: ---------- The LMBV is planning the Reuse of the dumping areas and peripheral areas of the Janschwalde and Cottbus-Nord opencast mining fields. The recultivation areas of the old mining sites in Janschwalde and Cottbus North were the mining areas of the Janschwalde and Cottbus-Nord opencast mines. The inner dump and the dump edge areas are the areas in which the overburden from the opencast mining operation was dumped. The areas were leveled and prepared for recultivation. The renovation measures are about thisis about continuing reuse work on the inner tipping and edge areas. Opencast mining areas that are no longer used for mining purposes must be made reusable through design measures so that they can later be used as ecologically and culturally valuable post-mining landscapeto be able to hand over. Engineering and technical monitoring services are required for the construction work planned by the LMBV to recultivate the northern area.
