Description:
The municipality of Altenmuenster plans to build buildings for apartments according to KommWfP and the associated open -air systems. The subject of the competition is the building planning for housing (approx. 1,400 m2 GAB) and the associated free facilities (approx. 1,400 m2). The property intended for the developmentis in the center of the town. It is owned by the community. The building stock is canceled. We are looking for a draft that continues to continue the local building culture, fits into the local structure, the available area optimally and compatible for apartments according to WFB 2023Use, create an environment with quality of living and take into account climate protection and climate adjustment.
