Description:
Expansion, conversion and modernization of the BUND Umwelthaus Neustädter Bucht. The client intends to use this procedure to award the construction services for the locksmith work (1st and 2nd BA) for the structural realization of the BUND environmental house. The subject of the EU-wide award procedure is the preparation of offers for two lots based on the attached lists of services. Locksmith work 1st BA The services advertised are the extension, lot 1), i.e. the new building of the environmental house (1st construction phase) and lot 2) the renovation, the conversion of the existing building (2nd construction phase). LOT 1, the expansion, i.e. the new building of the environmental house (1st construction phase). The services advertised here essentially include: - Steel staircase, 2-storey (outside) - balcony system, 2-storey - approx. 35 m stair/gallery railing including handrails (inside) - approx. 15 m roof terrace railing The 1st BA is BNB certified. The requirement is to achieve the “Silver” seal of quality. All The resulting requirements for locksmith work are mentioned and explained in the list of services. All requirements must be strictly adhered to, monitored and documented before, during and after the construction phase. LOT 2, renovation of one Existing building to be preserved (2nd construction phase).
