The building to be created is based on the certification system of the German Society for SustainableBuilding (DGNB) according to the criteria catalog building new building 2018 and the usage profile "New building educational buildings (NBI)" planned and executed. A QNG certification is also sought for the building. The AN is asked to get the prerequisites for obtaining the DGNB silver certificateand not to endanger the securing of the QNG requirements and to provide its services accordingly. The application of the valuation system takes place. In this regard, a cooperative cooperation and coordination of the AN with everyone involved in the building are essential.See additional technical contractual conditions in the tender documents.
